1. Introduction

The West Hunsbury Branch was formed in 2006 under the Chairmanship of the Northamptonshire County Councillor David Hugheston-Roberts. More recently the Branch was joined by representatives from Upton Conservatives and now covers the West Hunsbury and Upton Wards of the Northampton Borough Council and the West Hunsbury Division of the Northamptonshire County Council.

The Branch meets on a monthly basis to consider and address a wide range of issues affecting the local community and to support and assist in the development of initiatives emerging from the national Conservative Party, the Northamptonshire County Council and the Northampton Borough Council.
